Membership Terms & Conditions

EVERSUN® MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Membership Fees & Automatic Renewal. All fees are paid in advance for each billing cycle and are non-refundable, except as required by law. Your membership automatically renews each month until you cancel it. Your payment method on file will be charged on the same calendar day each month as your signup date. If that date does not occur in a particular month, you will be charged on the last day of that month. Promotional memberships may have different minimum draft requirements, if disclosed at sign up. If a payment is unsuccessful, EverSun may make additional attempts to collect the amount due and may suspend membership benefits and access until payment is received.
2. Automatic Card Updates. If your payment card expires, is lost, stolen, or replaced, EverSun may receive updated card information from your card issuer or payment network and use it for your authorized recurring payments.
3. Membership Changes. You may upgrade or downgrade an active membership that has no past-due balance. Upgrades take effect immediately and must complete at least one regular auto-debit before making any additional membership changes. Downgrades take effect with the next billing cycle. Membership changes do not affect fees already paid.
4. ANY1, ANY3 & SSSDUO Memberships. ANY1 includes up to one (1) eligible session per billing cycle. ANY3 includes up to three (3) eligible sessions per billing cycle. These sessions are monthly membership benefits, not prepaid sessions or stored value. Unused sessions expire at the end of each billing cycle, do not roll over or transfer, and have no cash value. Additional sessions may be purchased at then-current prices. SSSDUO covers two (2) people, a Primary and Secondary Member, under one payment method. Only the Primary Member can make membership changes such as upgrades, downgrades, freezes, unfreezes, or cancellations, and any such changes apply to the entire SSSDUO Membership. Secondary Members are only permitted to make a payment on the Primary Member’s account in the event of an EFT decline.
5. Membership Freeze. You may freeze your membership up to two (2) times per calendar year for up to eighteen (18) months per freeze period. The freeze begins with your next billing cycle after your request is processed. During a freeze, a $7 monthly freeze fee, plus applicable taxes, will be charged to your payment method. If the freeze fee is successfully collected on the first payment attempt, EverSun will issue $7 in Bonus Bucks, which expires six (6) months after issuance and are subject to the terms in Section 13. Bonus Bucks are not issued for freeze fees collected through resubmission or payments on account. You may unfreeze your membership at any time by paying the applicable prorated membership dues. Otherwise, your membership automatically resumes after the scheduled freeze period. You must unfreeze with the same membership you had before the freeze.
6. Cancellation. You or EverSun may cancel your membership at any time, subject to any minimum draft commitment clearly disclosed as part of a promotional membership. Cancellation stops future renewals and charges but does not erase amounts already owed. Unless otherwise required by law, your membership remains active through the end of the billing cycle already paid for. Any unused monthly sessions expire at the end of that billing cycle and will not be refunded, credited, or extended. Memberships are non-transferable and have no cash value.
7. Notices. Requests to cancel, freeze, or downgrade a membership must be submitted at least one (1) day before the next billing date to avoid the next scheduled charge. Requests may be submitted in person at an EverSun location, by certified U.S. mail, or via the Member Services form at Member Services during non-weekend days nor holidays, no later than 12:00 p.m. PST at least one (1) day before the billing date.
8. Service Availability & Products. Service offerings and availability may vary by location. Products are recommended but are not included with your membership. The membership product discount is not valid on sample-sized products or spray additives. Products may vary by location.
9. Changes to Membership Terms, Prices, & Benefits. EverSun may change these Terms, membership prices, fees, services, or benefits as permitted by law. EverSun will provide advance notice of price increases or other material changes when required by law, along with information on how to cancel your membership.
10. Service Limits. Each eligible Sun, Spray, and Wellness service is limited to one session per day, subject to the manufacturer’s recommendations, safety requirements
11. Rewards & Perks. Rewards, referral benefits, Guest Passes, Bonus Bucks, complimentary sessions, discounts, and other promotional incentives are promotional benefits, not cash, prepaid services, or stored value. Unless otherwise stated, promotional benefits expire thirty (30) days after issuance. Guest Passes and Bonus Bucks earned as membership rewards are issued only when the membership fee is successfully collected on the first payment attempt. They are not issued when the membership fee is paid through a resubmission or payment on account. EverSun may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue promotional benefits as permitted by law. Notice will be provided when required by law.
12. Guest Passes. Each Guest Pass provides one (1) complimentary eligible session for a guest. Guest access is based on the sponsoring member’s membership level and is subject to service availability, eligibility, and safety requirements. The sponsoring member must accompany the guest and remain at the club during the guest’s session. The same guest may use additional Guest Passes on future visits. Guest Passes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. EverSun may limit or suspend Guest Pass use.
13. Bonus Bucks. Bonus Bucks are In-House credit that function like a discount. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Bucks may be used toward eligible upgrade sessions, spray-solution upgrades, retail products, and membership unfreezes when permitted. Bonus Bucks may not be used to pay regular monthly membership dues. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Bucks expire thirty (30) days after issuance. Bonus Bucks earned during a Membership Freeze expire six (6) months after issuance, as described in Section 5.
