Who we are and what we send. EverSun Brands Inc. (“EverSun”) operates tanning, red light, and wellness clubs in California. If you opt in to our text messaging program, you will receive the types of messages you agreed to on our forms: marketing text messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates, and/or non-marketing text messages about offer vouchers, membership account updates, and visit reminders. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Opting out and getting help. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number that sent you the message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
